Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Septic Tank and Sewage Treatment Specialist to enhance our operations at Auger, providing exceptional service across various regions.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive total package ranging from £34,836 to £38,244, based on prior experience, including a discretionary annual bonus and a generous pension contribution of 5.5%.
  • Standard working hours of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, encompassing travel time from door to door.
  • Optional weekend overtime available, compensated at time and a half.
  • Annual leave of 22 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays, with increases based on tenure.

Role Responsibilities

As a Septic Tank and Sewage Treatment Specialist, you will independently manage installations in the region. The projects may present complexities, requiring strong problem-solving abilities to navigate unforeseen challenges. Excellent customer care is essential, as you will be responsible for guiding clients through the installation process, ensuring their comfort and confidence. Our in-house Technical Support Team will be available to assist with any technical issues or equipment needs during your assignments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Septic Tank and Sewage Treatment Plant systems.
  • Familiarity with General Binding Rules.
  • Documented experience in ST/STP installations, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Experience using underground CCTV cameras.
  • Proficiency with CAT scanners for locating buried services and tracing drainage systems.
  • Skilled in reinstating various domestic surface types, including paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac, and concrete.
  • Able to coordinate with other contractors on-site, such as electricians and building control.
