We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team at Astbury Meadow Garden Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Contribute to menu development and implementation.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
