Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Runner. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and retrieving materials, assisting with office moves and equipment setups, and maintaining a clean and inviting facility for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and retrieve materials in a timely manner to/from the correct recipients.
- Assist with moving furniture and other heavy objects around the building.
- Handle company sound equipment moves, including setting up equipment.
- Maintain a clean and inviting facility for employees and clients.
- Assist with preparation of meetings by setting up food and beverages.
- Perform other Operations-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a passion for post-production and a willingness to learn about edit-based technology.
- Have experience working in a customer-focused role and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to multitask under pressure and prioritize workload effectively.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Have a flexible approach to duties and shift work.
- Be able to maintain excellent self-management skills and timekeeping.
