Project Manager - Disclosures
Job Summary:
Hiscox is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a project that will decide the presentation and placement of two new disclosures, including the implementation of a tactical fix to supply finance data for them in 2024, as well as scoping the strategic solution for 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scoping and planning of the strategic solution in 2025.
- Coordinating engagement of and input from key stakeholders, including the Group CFO, Group Financial Controller, External Auditors, and other senior stakeholders.
- Driving the delivery of the project with the project team and subject matter experts within the business.
- Building out the current project plan as required, adding detail to enhance it.
- Understanding, communicating, and regularly assessing major risks and issues associated with the delivery of the project.
- Managing and running project meetings.
Requirements:
- A track record of Project Managing finance change projects, including detailed project planning and management, across people, process, and systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and complex Financial Services organization.
- Experience working in finance, particularly with finance data.
- Experience working with annual accounts and disclosures.
- Demonstrable delivery of fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and engagement planning to Executive level.
Working Arrangements:
We anticipate the successful candidate for this role will be in the office up to 2 days a week.
