Childrens Home Deputy Manager

£29,120 Per Annum Plus Sleep In Payments

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Childrens Home Deputy Manager. This role will provide an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the childrens home
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support for young people
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
