We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Independent Hospital Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Section Papers and provide recommendations for discharge
  • Attend Quarterly Meetings and contribute to decision-making
  • Visit wards to speak with service users and gather feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Experience working with the Mental Health Act
  • Previous work in the social work/AMHP or legal sector, or a particular interest in mental health services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
