We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our EMEA team at Epredia. This role will play a critical part in shaping and managing strategic supplier partnerships, driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure direct and indirect materials to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute global supply strategies to achieve best total value, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
  • Assess and mitigate portfolio risk, developing action plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Inform business decisions and implement supply chain optimizations.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Analyze data and apply financial acumen to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Senior Buyer/Procurement Manager experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Project coordination and contract management experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in supplier selection and performance management.
