Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Engineer to join our growing team at TXM Group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global IT systems, providing advanced technical support, and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Maintain IT Infrastructure: Manage Group SharePoint and set up for new Group entities, ensuring seamless integration and data security.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide 2nd line support for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with 1st line support to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Maintain Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in IT Projects: Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Ensure System Security: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and reliability.
  • Provide On-Site Support: Provide on-site support when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and support, as well as experience with network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies.
  • Enterprise Applications: Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level applications, with excellent working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
