About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Assistant Manager to join our team at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on the role of Duty Manager when needed.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service, using your excellent communication skills.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, helping them to grow and succeed.
  • Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, exceeding our customers' expectations.
