Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Manager to join our team at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on the role of Duty Manager when required.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, exceeding guest expectations and driving repeat business.
