About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
