Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Personal Development team at Arc Oakbridge School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with autism to thrive in our school environment.
Our school offers a unique and supportive learning environment, where pupils can develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to our pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support pupils with autism to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills
- Work closely with the Personal Development team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to build confidence and independence
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Arc Oakbridge School is an independent specialist day school for children and young people with autism, aged 7-16. We offer a calm, low-arousal environment where pupils can learn and grow in a safe and supportive setting.
