We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Content Developer to join our global technical writing group. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with software engineers to write and publish high-quality technical documentation and associated content for our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets user needs and is delivered on time.
  • Research and transform complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
  • Design, develop, review, and publish technical documentation using structured authoring tools and component content management systems.
  • Project management experience and skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with industrial software products or services.
  • Proficiency in DITA, structured authoring, and component content management systems.
  • Experience working with software development teams and familiarity with professional authoring tools.
  • Exposure to or interest in working with cloud technologies.
  • Interest in understanding architectures and product relationships.
