Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our global technical writing group. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with software engineers to create high-quality technical documentation and associated content for our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish high-quality technical documentation, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Research and transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
  • Design, develop, review, and publish technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other related content.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with industrial software products or services.
  • Proficiency in DITA, structured authoring, and component content management systems.
  • Familiarity with professional authoring tools, such as Author-it, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or MadCap Flare.
  • Interest in understanding architectures and product relationships.
