We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our management team as a Team Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, bespoke care to individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of frontline staff to deliver excellent support practices.
- Develop and implement robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
- Effectively communicate with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
- Manage individual budgets and prioritize workload under pressure.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve personal outcomes and promote inclusive communities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
- Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving license with access to your own vehicle for business use.
