Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
