About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Project Manager to join our MEP Building Services team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various sectors, including commercial, leisure, education, and the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

  • Relevant mechanical-related qualifications within the Building Services sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
