We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Quality Engineering Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all quality and test activities across mobile teams.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Quality Engineering to ensure the Mobile Quality Engineering Strategy is followed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all agreed testing phases are reliable and effective.
  • Apply and uphold industry standards for testing tools and techniques and advise on their application.
  • Help define ways to improve testing and quality processes that align with our shift left approach.
  • Coordinate test execution and test reporting across teams to all stakeholders.
  • Line manage all mobile quality engineers.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for all types of testing.
  • Utilize software development platforms like Git to manage code and collaborate with teams.
  • Gather and report quality and test metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to support the development of automation practices.

Requirements:

  • Significant programming experience with native mobile test frameworks.
  • Experience in maintaining automation frameworks for all types of testing.
  • Experience in using software development platforms like Git.
  • Experience in gathering and reporting quality and test metrics.
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring colleagues to support the development of automation practices.
