Job Title: Mobility Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Engineer to join our team at Microland. As a Mobility Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our organization's mobility infrastructure to help us meet our business goals on the go.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, report, administer, troubleshoot, and provide L1 support for mobility infrastructure
  • Address end-user incidents and requests related to mobility and apps
  • Update the support ticket with progress
  • Incident management
  • Understand SOP documents and consult L2 team in case of any discrepancies
Technical Skills:
  • Mobility
  • Understanding of on-premises/cloud mobility solutions; Intune, AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron, etc.
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms and applications
Application Packaging and Publishing:
  • Troubleshoot application packaging and publishing
  • Intune Application Wrapper, Jamf Composer, and other package tools
  • Publishing apps through Intune and SCCM
LDAP:
  • Basic Active Directory user administration
End-User:
  • Outlook Mobile clients on both iOS and Android platforms
  • Teams/OneDrive/BOX mobility clients
  • Device Enrollments, remote full and partial wipe
Scripting:
  • Basic scripting knowledge for custom application deployment
