The Strategic Analytics division is a vibrant and growing team focused on crafting advanced predictive models and analytical tools aimed at boosting profitability and growth. In this leadership role, you will be tasked with designing and executing automated diagnostic testing strategies within the MLOps framework, ensuring that our services adhere to the highest quality standards and align with business objectives. This position requires robust technical skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for exploring and integrating new technologies to refine the QA framework. Effective collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders are vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain the MLOps testing framework
  • Oversee test planning initiatives and manage the overall testing process
  • Create and update test cases, test data, and automated testing scripts
  • Keep stakeholders updated on testing progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with QA engineers and project leaders

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 7-9 years of experience in software testing
  • Proven experience in leading a small team
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and principles
  • Strong grasp of API quality assurance
  • Expertise in testing APIs and utilizing test automation tools
  • Experience with Azure Portal, Function Apps, and Databricks
  • Capability to write automation scripts using various frameworks
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for database querying
  • Experience with Windows, Web Applications, and Web Service environments

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in SQL databases such as Azure SQL and Python
  • Experience with testing frameworks like HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Cypress, and REST Assured
  • Strong familiarity with Python and Databricks

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • IT software testing certification (optional)
  • IT Agile certification (optional)
