Penguin Recruitment is a well-established UK Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, renowned for its expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering. We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Civil/Structural Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Senior Engineers on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning various sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, educational, and defense.

Key Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:
1. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Meng, BEng, BSc or equivalent)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong analytical and technical abilities
4. A valid UK driving license
5. Familiarity with AutoCAD and any modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Collaborating effectively within a team
• Conducting design analysis, interpreting data, and resolving issues related to engineering services
• Participating in site meetings as necessary
• Reporting to Senior Design Engineers and carrying out assigned tasks.
