Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Team Members and provide coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the store's operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure the store is safe, legal, and fully operational at all times.
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
  • Support the Store Manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
  • Lead the way when introducing new products and services in the store, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
  • Build relationships and get involved in the local community, supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
