Role: Sous Chef

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is working in partnership with a prestigious 3 AA Rosette and Michelin awarded Inn in Cumbria to find a talented Sous Chef to join their team.

The restaurant boasts 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin star with a team that are actively pushing to achieve 4 AA Rosettes. Huge emphasis is aimed at using local produce highlighting local suppliers.

What's involved?

The talented Head Chef and his Sous Chef have a wealth of Michelin and 3 AA Rosette and above experience between them and are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join them in achieving further goals.

3 AA Rosette or Michelin experience is required for this position and would suit a Junior Sous Chef that is comfortable living and working in a rural location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs to achieve high standards

Requirements:

  • 3 AA Rosette or Michelin experience
