Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Employment Officer to join our team. As an Employment Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our participants, helping them to secure and maintain employment that aligns with their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to participants to help them secure employment opportunities that match their skills and interests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, parents, and carers to ensure optimal outcomes for participants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver tailored employment services that meet the unique needs of our participants.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with participants to assess their employment goals and provide guidance on achieving them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employment support to ensure our services remain effective and relevant.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
