About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Ensure all public areas, including corridors, lounges, and restaurants, are clean and tidy
  • Restock and replenish amenities, such as toiletries and towels
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant department
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
