Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Conversational English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work set shifts, usually between 9am – 3pm, 5 days out of 7
  • Physical fitness to complete the role
