Job Title: Planned Maintenance Supervisor

Travel: Travel required

IWS Water Hygiene, a division of South Staffordshire Plc, is seeking a skilled Planned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Crayford, covering the South East business region. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day supervision of various water Planned Maintenance works within the London region, as well as carrying out necessary audits and inspections.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and committed approach to completing tasks and working to tight deadlines. A formal qualification within the plumbing industry is essential, preferably to NVQ level 2 or equivalent. The candidate must be IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft packages. The position requires the successful candidate to be self-motivated, be able to work on their own initiative, and communicate effectively with external clients and employees under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of water Planned Maintenance works within the London region
  • Carry out necessary audits and inspections
  • Complete vehicle audits and site inspections
  • Deliver toolbox talks to a team of Water Hygiene Fitters within the London region

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification within the plumbing industry (NVQ level 2 or equivalent)
  • IT literacy with an understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
  • Effective communication skills with external clients and employees
