We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team.
The Role
As a Kitchen Manager at Flight Club Darts, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve:
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that meet the high standards of our brand.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and meets our brand's quality expectations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced social entertainment environment.
