Position Overview:
Join HelloKindred as a dedicated Talent Acquisition and Evaluation Specialist within our Human Resources division. This role is pivotal in orchestrating various recruitment and assessment initiatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and evaluators alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment Coordination:

  • Coordinate the availability of interviewers and candidates, scheduling in-person interviews effectively.
  • Organize assessment days featuring multiple interviews, maintaining strict adherence to schedules and facilitating prompt feedback collection.
  • Welcome candidates to our offices, delivering presentations and leading Q&A sessions.
  • Prepare all essential materials for both assessors and candidates prior to interviews.
  • Oversee the platform for candidate inquiries, providing assistance during assessment events.
  • Ensure meticulous accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Document, manage, and address candidate inquiries, making necessary adjustments and rescheduling as needed.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Identify and source applications for entry-level positions through channels tailored for graduate candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and perform recruiter-led interviews to evaluate essential skills.
  • Extend job offers and issue employment contracts.
  • Manage communications and inquiries from candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes by engaging with accepted candidates and organizing pre-joining events.
  • Administer an online chat platform to offer recruitment advice and support.
  • Conduct focus groups aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Assist in organizing and leading team meetings.
  • Participate in recruitment and networking events.

Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries.
  • Collaborate with international teams regarding scheduling and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of the early talent recruitment landscape.
  • Aware of factors impacting recruitment processes, including compliance and necessary adjustments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity.
  • Quick to adapt to new information and technologies.
  • Capable of managing shifting demands effectively.
