Job Title: Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Process Cooling Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Process Cooling Specialist to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of process cooling equipment at customer sites across the South UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of process cooling equipment at customer sites.
  • Undertake planned and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide advice, diagnostics, and fault finding on existing cooling equipment, including industrial chillers, coolers, temperature control units, cooling ancillaries, and enclosure cooler units.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to deliver technical support, respond to inquiries, and provide advice on system operation and maintenance.
  • Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various cooling system equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the process cooling, refrigeration, HVAC, or other relevant industries.
  • F-gas qualification.
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications are advantageous.
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and to the office near to Lichfield for training.
