Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC mechanical reactive services across our Transport for London contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to and resolve fault assignments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a suitable inventory of spares to ensure completion of allocated tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date site documentation is maintained.
  • Develop and implement Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate plant logs and ensure plant rooms are kept clean and tidy.
  • Undertake lone working when required, subject to satisfactory training.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed as directed and SLAs are met.
  • Monitor and report on contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs.
Requirements
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration.
  • CAT 1 F Gas qualification.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Ability to think clearly in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven experience in reactive works and facilities management.
