In the role of Internal Communication Business Partner, you will take charge of crafting and executing strategic communication initiatives across McCain GB locations and departments. This position is pivotal in enhancing communication proficiency, fostering teamwork, and boosting engagement within the organization.
- Strategic Communication Implementation: Formulate and execute business communications tailored for internal audiences.
- Cultural Engagement Strategies: Partner with HR Business Partners to roll out communication plans that align with cultural engagement efforts.
- Effective Communication for Plant Employees: Collaborate with HR and Manufacturing teams to devise impactful communication strategies for plant personnel.
- Stakeholder Relationship Development: Forge strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to serve as a reliable partner in plant employee communications.
- Coaching and Support: Offer guidance on storytelling techniques and employee engagement methodologies.
- Internal Event Communication: Provide support for communication related to internal events.
- Analytical Communication Enhancements: Assess communication approaches using data analytics to inform strategic recommendations.
About You: The successful candidate will possess a solid background in internal communications, exceptional storytelling abilities, and adeptness in utilizing various multimedia platforms. Experience in the food manufacturing or retail sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
