Fawkes & Reece (North) is a leading housebuilder in the North West region, specializing in crafting high-quality new build properties. We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the operations on our latest project site.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds, while meeting production targets and budget requirements. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales department and customers to guarantee exceptional customer care and satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction by working closely with the site team and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.
- Work alongside the Site Manager to coordinate material deliveries and ensure that all necessary resources are available to meet production targets.
- Motivate and develop site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record of experience on new build sites, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
- Trade background in joinery or a related field is highly desirable.
- CSCS card, First Aid, and SMSTS certification are essential for this role.
- CIOB Site Management, Scaffold Appreciation, and Crane Supervisor certifications are highly desirable.
