Senior Advisor - Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our Digital Transformation Team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with manufacturing clients to identify information systems requirements and opportunities for digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery processes to understand client needs and develop digitalisation plans to support business growth strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate digital technology opportunities to enhance client capabilities.
  • Develop and implement digitalisation projects, including pilot programmes and roadmaps.
  • Lead project work programmes and manage junior team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement digital transformation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing systems, IT and OT system architectures, and data and information required to support manufacturing operations.
  • Awareness of manufacturing operational efficiency improvement methods, business process re-engineering for innovation, and change management.
  • Good engineering, information systems, or business degree, possibly with an MBA.
  • Experience of leadership and people management, highly computer literate, and experience in the manufacturing sector.
