About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Shaftesbury Ashley Place. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a life that adds up for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions and receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.
