We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Compliance Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including updating applications, conducting DBS checks, and obtaining references.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases, analyzing and interpreting data as requested.
- Attend and contribute to weekly recruitment meetings, leading on the recruitment of specific roles when requested.
- Adhere to safer recruitment processes and internal compliance, escalating concerns where applicable.
- Quality assure completed applicant files in readiness for a start date.
- Manage leaver processes and employee changes effectively.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in the administration of ongoing projects.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, handling post, answering phones, data inputting, auditing, diary management, and chasing missing paperwork.
- Confidence to use own initiative and work independently.
- Strong team player, supporting colleagues and the wider organization.
