The Role: Support Professional
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Professionals. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with diverse needs, fostering their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to individuals within a residential setting, community outings, and various activities.
- Implement person-centered care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of each individual.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages growth and participation.
While prior experience in this field is beneficial, it is not required. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to all our employees.
