The daily rate for this position is set at £350 (CIS/Ltd).

Project Duration:
The anticipated duration of this project is approximately 6 months, with potential opportunities for further assignments within the organization.

Project Details:
This project involves the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a multi-story car park. The project adheres to specific industry standards and processes, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including CMS, lighting, small power, and low voltage panel installations.
  • Manage mechanical installations, such as above-ground drainage, domestic water services, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, coordinating with subcontractors as necessary.
  • Supervise fire alarm installations and lightning protection systems, ensuring subcontractor compliance.

Project Management Duties:
  • Develop and maintain Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and Inspection Test Plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all personnel are adequately briefed on safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to request and arrange the delivery of necessary materials.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client health and safety policies.
  • Regularly inspect site activities to uphold installation and safety standards.
  • Assist in investigations related to accidents and incidents.
  • Monitor contractual performance and compliance.
  • Conduct management safety tours and ensure HSEQ inspections are performed.
