Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Monitor and maintain the wellbeing of individuals, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Support individuals to access their community, engage in activities, and pursue their interests.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
  • A full driving license is required to support individuals and meet their specific needs.
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
