More about your role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to join our team at Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex. As a key member of our Costa Coffee team, you'll support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance. You'll also train and coach our Barista Maestros to perfection.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all catering operations

Requirements

  • Top-notch people management skills
  • Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness licenses
  • At least one year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent
