We are currently in search of a Financial Operations Analyst to become a vital member of our talented and dynamic Finance division.

In this stimulating role, you will be integrated within the Programme team. Reporting directly to a Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include collaborating with various business functions and engaging with the entire finance team.


Key Responsibilities:


• Programme:

o Act as a financial partner to the Programme, Engineering, Purchasing & Design teams

o Oversee the financial implications of programme modifications and the introduction of new products or features on development expenses and bill of materials

The position will function in a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility while working alongside some of the most innovative minds in the automotive industry.

This is a newly established position, and you will be among the first members of your team. As a recently part/qualified accountant, you will gain valuable mentorship from finance leadership and have the chance to advance your professional development as the company evolves.

What You Will Contribute:


• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and revise forecasts


• Evaluate key projects and assist in crafting business cases to assess costs/benefits and ensure value for money


• Execute month-end procedures, ensuring accurate accounting treatment of prepayments, leases, deposits, and capital expenditures, in close collaboration with the Financial Control team


• Support the maintenance of robust governance and control over departmental expenditures


• Play a pivotal role in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes, working in partnership with finance teams


• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization, providing clear financial insights and value-added analysis

Who You Are:


• Part/Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)


• Analytical and systems-oriented


• Adaptable and willing to engage in hands-on tasks as needed


• Experience in Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A


• Proficient in Excel; comfortable using it as a primary tool and enjoys discovering creative solutions to achieve desired outcomes


• Basic understanding of PowerQuery / PowerBI; eager to utilize and expand knowledge of these tools
