Lead DevOps Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS to drive the transformation of our infrastructure towards a cloud-first model. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing DevOps strategies, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving our toolchain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
  • Champion the use of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
  • Implement and manage configuration management tools
  • Oversee infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve deployment issues
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Expert knowledge of AWS
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and methodologies
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools Proficiency in scripting languages
