Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Timberseed. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and filling job openings, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and fill job openings
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts and relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
