Key Responsibilities:- Program Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement program plans that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise program staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Client Services: Oversee the delivery of client services, including case management, housing services, and linkage to mental health services.
- Community Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and resources to provide safe and affirming programs for youth.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure that they are meeting their intended goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in program planning and coordination, staff supervision, and community partnerships.
