What We Seek in a Culinary Supervisor:
We are in search of a current Culinary Supervisor or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to advance their career. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for crafting exceptional fresh cuisine in a welcoming setting. As the selected Culinary Supervisor, you will:
- Exhibit a commitment to delivering outstanding service through high-quality food
- Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing team members
- Be an engaged, hands-on chef with strong communication abilities
- Oversee kitchen staff scheduling, training, and health and safety compliance
- Collaborate with your Head Chef to showcase your creativity by designing and implementing new menu items and daily specials
- Demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills to maintain control over food costs and labor
- Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
