We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team and manage our physiotherapy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing a clinical caseload, and supporting the implementation of national developments locally.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care at all times.
- Clinical Caseload Management: Manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients, and ensuring the department maintains CHG Physiotherapy accreditation.
- Team Support: Take an active role in supporting the implementation of national developments locally, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the department maintains high standards of quality and safety, and participate in quality assurance activities as required.
- Professional Development: Keep abreast of developments in physiotherapy by attending relevant courses and maintaining an up-to-date personal portfolio.
- Qualifications: Chartered Physiotherapist, Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Skills: Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management, knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines, and knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
- Experience: Degree level educated, or equivalent, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
