About the Role

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Residential Block Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property consultancy, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee major works projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Liaise with contractors to maintain and improve the condition of properties.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Manage service charge budgets across the portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Section 20 process and be able to navigate major works projects effectively.
