About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Aztec Group. As a key member of our fund administration team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fund structures and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of clients' affairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice to ensure seamless client service.
  • Act as a higher authority on day-to-day queries and provide expert guidance on administration matters.
  • Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates to ensure compliance.
  • Attend client board meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the preparation, review, distribution, and filing of periodic financial statements in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate billing of clients, including analysis of time spent and monitoring of debtors.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and monitoring of workloads to ensure efficient team administration.
  • Act as a mentor to managers and supervise the training and development of direct reports.
  • Arrange and manage the appraisal process for reporting lines.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience within fund administration.
  • Strong technical financial services knowledge.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • Evidence of managing a major client relationship.
