Key Responsibilities:- Oversee electrical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance and snagging reports to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Manage the quality assurance procedure for the project, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Complete health and safety paperwork and ensure a safe working environment.
- Package management, leadership, and teamwork are essential skills for this role.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
- Experience in working on high-rise and office block projects is highly desirable.
- Attend project progress meetings and coordinate with direct staff and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time.
- Proven experience in electrical site management, preferably in high-end apartment builds.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
