Electrical Project Manager Job Description

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  2. Lead and motivate electrical project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering electrical projects on time and within budget.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide electrical project teams.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project issues promptly.
